Supervisory Authority
The Administrator holds a licence for the installation and operation of a Digital Terrestrial Television (DTT) network, for the provision of electronic communications services, and the right to use radio frequency spectrum from digital terrestrial television network broadcasting stations for the installation and operation of transmitters forming part of the Digital Terrestrial Television network.
The Administrator is supervised by the Commissioner of Electronic Communications and Postal Regulation (OCECPR) and the Director of the Department of Electronic Communications of the Deputy Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy.
